If they freeze them than I will be more than happy. I expected a slight increase tbh even after the poor season we've had. I suspect some people will be gutted though because it gives them one less reason to have a good moan.

Are we getting a free cap as well?

Yes they did and if people wanted it IIRC they refunded the few pounds it was for those who'd bought their passes before the reduction too.

Would be surprised if it's a freeze - expecting a £10 increase. No free gimmicky crap to go straight in the landfill, please.

I'd be surprised too. We've had the same prices for 2 years now and ATEOTD we are a business. As you mentioned, a tenner extra wouldn't be too bad an increase if there was to be one, look at it as a fiver per year if it makes it easier lol!!

It just annoys me when people moan about the club for the hell of it and forget they are a business...one which is making a profit which is bloody rare in Super League!!

A free polo or t/shirt would be better.......even a classy little pin badge would be better than those caps........I never wore mine at all.....but thought those that did looked like horseless jockeys. Maybe black would'vee been a better colour?????????????

The club passed on the VAT saving to anyone purchasing their season passes after December 1st 2008. As I said in my earlier post I'm not 100% that the club offered the £2ish refund on passes already bought but if they didn't then it's hardly the crime of the century. I don't remember any other companies offering VAT refunds on items purchased before 1st December so why should FC?

Therefore then my pass (bought before December 0icon_cool.gif should actually be reduced by 2.5% for next season (I'll have to buy it early to keep my seat). Those bought after the increase will then go back to the "normal" price, i.e. what I paid before December 08.

Can't see it myself, I think Hull Kingston Convicts is right, they'll pocket the 2.5%.
