Only tickets left when i looked were £150 each. Im going to Wembley on 15th Aug to see them instead. (which allows me to miss Catalans away)

not going this time but have seen them 4 times before and love or hate bono they always put on a great show. will make up for missing them with pearl jam in manchester on 17th

Seen them already this tour (Nice in July ) and they were fantastic. Great support as well in Snow Patrol.

I am going to Wembley on 14th which is costing more than it did for me and Mrs Herts to see them in Nice including flights. Rip off Britain



The show was about 2 1/2 hours and really brought the current album to life as I thought it was a poor album at first.

Lots of old stuff played as well which was good, and Bono did not really preach his political thing unlike in previous tours. The Edge was awsome as always. The stage with its 360 degree setting allowed great views from where ever you sat / stood.

Brilliant.

Any ideas who's supporting at Wembley? (14th and 15th?)

Going to Sheffield also (support band are Elbow), having seen loads of recent footage on youtube I can't wait, the claw looks awesome.

I saw Blur at Hyde Park last month and booked the date when i didnt fancy watching the support act and would have preferred the next day, done the same here by booking 15th!!

Yes Im going.Last time I saw them was at Murreyfield in 87,went off them for a while when Bono decided he was The savior of the world. Liked last three albums so thought Id give em another go.
Have seen The Killers and Keane this year already and going to see Coldplay again in sept.
Anyone like good music try you tubing" The Airborne Toxic Event " Saw these at the Leadmill in Sheffield think they could be Huge,Also " Red Light Company " well worth a listen.

Was on the phone for 30 minutes before getting tickets. We're not big U2 fans but there are so few great stadium bands and massive concerts any more so didn't want to miss this one.

Its a shame we have to go to Sheffield though when there's a perfectly good stadium on our doorstep.

They don't attract the crowds, a bit like City and decent Premiership players.

Is the Sheffield Arena big enough to fit Bono's ego in?.

Lookin forward to seeing them at wembley on the 15th with our lass, sis and bruv in law. Saw them a couple of times on the last tour at Man City and in Brisbane.

And turn up to find them cancelled?

U2 were fantastic as Wembley on Saturday. Would recommend anyone snapping up tickets fr don valley if there are any left.

Fecking OUTSTANDING gig. For all his ego and posturing, Bono is a superb front man, the best in the business and the rest of the band are superb too!

Elbow were damn good too.

The Who, and the stadium was no more than 1/3rd full at best tbh.
