in my opinion this game is our season breaker, i know a lot of our fans have written off our season, but if we take our second half peformance into this game and play like that for 80 minutes we stand a chance of getting the 2 points keeping us in touch with 8th, if we lose then our season is well and truely over.

We need to win the next two to have any chance of the play offs.

You are probably talking 28 points to make the top 8, which means we'd need 6 wins from the 8 games remaining.

6 from 7 then as one of them's a derby.

We are going to have to get at least one win out of away trip to Rovers, Catalans and Wigan and avoid defeats in tricky home games with Huddersfield and Harlequins.

It's a big ask, not impossible, but lose at Cas and it's probably bye bye to the play offs.

Looking at what you've described on the away games, just can't see it. Wigan are building momentum and we have a v poor record at the JJB, are beaten mentally time and again against Rovers and play Catalans in mid August.

Cas will be low on confidence after today as well

We won 9 this season 7 wins away and 2 at home one of them against Salford where Cas panther would have beaten with the form salford was in so our Home pretty sh-t to say the least.
I think it is make or break for both teams we oh you after Scotland and we have lots of player due back aswell like Hudson and Shewin.

To be fair to our friend, half the season is 13 games. I think therefore he is excluding the 5 wins at the start and just looking at the last 13 or 14 games, in which case he could well be right.

Hence my question. I figured if he'd gone to all the trouble to work it out the least he could do was share.
