Been dire for years now. Why haven't they brought a specialist kicking coach in to work with the kickers in the team?

I think we have. I know we had Gary Pearce coaching Horne and others for a while.

Maybe our players are just uncoachable. Too thick, possibly?

We have, but the players forgot the skills (well, one has and the other has left)

It wasn't that long ago, Pearce came in and did sessions with Cooke and Horne in 2005/06.

Anyway, we shouldn't NEED a kicking coach, the COACH should have knowledge that they can COACH to players.

You either need quality on the pitch or in the stands, we are clueless on both!

They should be bringing in specialist coaches to improve areas of weakness. Even though I think agar is useless, I wouldn't blame him for not being a kicking specialist

Well if we cannot kick further than 20 metres from a penalty, what hope do we have of getting a good kicking game during play? I think one of our best kicks this season came from Radford in the game against the Wire.... Says it all really.

Watching the Wakey game again, they hit touch 30/40 metres with their penalties we were lucky to make 20.

Surely it would be better for tickle to do a place kick into touch (is that still allowed??) he would make more than 20 metres thats for sure.

Been saying for years and Tommy Lee and Rich Horne are useless at kicking for touch from a penalty - we need to make 40m a go from a touch kick

Think thay outlawed kicking of the ground. It takes too much time up

That former england RU kicker who did a sting with the rhinos would be a good start. Now I know it goes against the grain but don't try and out smart ar$e a smart ar$e

So with some intensive coaching from a kicking expert we wouldn't see an improvement in horne's kicking?

His natural ability is a hinderence!!
