Easy decisions, Agar, Sharp and Thorman all out.

Gte a new coach, new staff and a SH and we might have a chance.

but we MUST get a coach with no previous ties to the club

The problem is (in my eyes) - who buys the players? the only player that I can think of that's not playing well and who has not been a good buy is thorman. Another coach would still have the same players and problems. I think it goes higher than the coach. I don't know what the answer is, but getting rid of Agar isn't it. We got rid of Kear and Sharp, the problems are still the same, changing the coach obviously doesn't work.

Changing the coach worked for Huddersfield.

Agar must go now. Even if it means Sharp as caretaker coach for the rest of the season.

Get a top class coach in for 2010.

Hull do need an overturn of personnel, however they still have a lot of very talented players.

Some deadwood to be got rid of imo...

getting shut of agar (and sharp) would be the start we need, get a top class coach (for a top club) with no ties to Hull FC, and let him ring the changes, look at Huddersfield.. and lets hope the club do it sooner rather than later, and all may not be lost with this season!!

Even players like Horne aren't performing and don't think he will until we get a proper organising SH next to him.

Ive not seen enough of Hull this year to name who should go and who should stay. However i wouldnt think you were far off with what you said, personally id keep Radders and get rid of Tickle due to Fitz coming next season who could take over kicking duties. Failing that Thorman could be given another year and he could goal kick too...

Radders and Thorman are ours two worst players imo who offer nothing at all.

noble would do as good a job as any aussie coach,will be cheaper as well.wigan will never do any good no matter whos coaching them,they need to start from scratch.

Agar is quite clearly out of his depth, he was obviously the easy option for our gutless board.

As for the players, you don't turn into bad players over night (although last night had me wondering). Take Berrigan for example, a truly world class player that has been reduced to running up his own back side and shouting at his team. Yes there are players in the squad that lack quality, but isn't that the same in every SL team (Ryan Bailey FFS).

We need an Ian Millward type coach to come in and rattle some cages, but unfortunately the board won't go for that, mainly because theirs would be the first cage that's rattled.
