Did everything he has to for me and looked a lively extra pivot. No where near MOM for me though.

Remember we've had some cracking fullbacks in those ten years. I'd not of liked to have seen Prescott or Briscoe in the halves! I think Horne looked very good at fullback and could possibly give us 6 years good service there. I appreciate it is early doors yet though! And who knows, maybe Thorman wouldn't look so bad at 6 with a quality organizational scrum half.

Why is it that other clubs' full backs can get hold of the ball and actually run at the opposition instead of jogging? How many times do you see other team's full backs making breaks running through a broken defence wth a kick return? How often do you see it with ours? (Motu apart). Must be something in the water in Hull

We wouldnt have recruited either of those had Horne played there would we? He could have been the GB full back in front of Wellens by now.

Agreed although Lee and Burnett both played well

Apart from his poor kicking yeah he did everything asked. He just wasn't asked that many times. But this is R.Horne so people will be wetting themselves at his performance.

Lee has been consistent at least and he tries hard.

Lee performed really well in defence and he'd be in my top 3 tonight, I worry about his slow distribution though.

His distribution tonight was far better than Berro's normally is.

Calderwood MOM for me also thought Lee & Whiting had good games

thought he had a decent enough game again, and can see why he has kept his place, was top tackler at one point during the game too
