There is a massive, massive gulf between Reserves and Championship, never mind Super League.
He needs to be given a run out in friendlies, cup games and the like first.
It will ruin him, even if he does his best you lot will turn him into another Tommy Lee/Craig Hall.
I know you dont wanna hear it but the answer my friend is keep faith in what you have got, get behind them and hope that you get a bit of luck, a bit of confidence running through the team and a feel good factor may well come back.
You didnt fluke 5 wins, despite what some on here think.

Played against him quite a bit and even in youth rugby he was a great player but not an organiser and not a scrum half, in fact he played loose forward quite a bit iirc. What I've seen of him in the reserves and in the friendly at Dewsbury hasn't made me change that opinion. |
