Just how predictable is our style of rugby!



Seriously standing too flat does not help whatsoever, Thorman using the wedge play just about every time he has the ball in the oppositions half is crap, the Wakey defence knew what was happening and only had to slide in the same direction and tackle Hall (or who ever recieves the ball).

Totally clueless in the red zone, in the first half in this area slow ptb's and three consecutive plays we used props to drive it in rather than throwing it about. Why? because there scared to fook up and lose possesion of the ball.



Stop playing Manu and Ticks for the full 80 (yes I know Agar finally decided to give Manu a breather tonight, the first time all season probably).

Drop Thorman and play Lee at half back, at least he tries to throw the ball about instead of a simple wedge/drop off!

Agar you are clueless and should be nowhere near a SL team as first team coach fook off and take Sharp with you! Taking the players to the Boulevard has does fook all for their passion because the clearly not showing any!

I lost count tonight the number of times a prop ran the ball in at first receiver to bring up the 5th tackle, without looking for an offload, then a crap kick.

we just don't have a deep attacking line and we take ages to spread the ball. we have no one running the angles onto the ball either

i'm shaw agar will be able to find some positives about the game. and don't forget we are getting close.

The only thing we are getting close to is the bottom of the table

Why start passing the ball wide and making yards when we need two tries in 3 minutes to win a game?

An utter joke, the players, the coaches who signed them, and the board who put the coaches in place

We do sometimes (see Burnett's try for a perfect example). The problem is often that the halves, Thorman in particular, either pick the wrong pass or give an inaccurate pass. A couple of times tonight we ran a wedge that would have actually worked had Thorman given it to the back man (G Horne on one occasion and Hall, I think, on another), but he gave it short to the 'option' runner. That's fine to change things up a bit and keep the defence guessing, but not when two tacklers have gone for that man, leaving the wedge ball open. It's as though he's decided who's getting the pass before the play has happened, and that's not what a half should be doing. Everything should be played as he sees it.

Thorman is absolutely awful, he is slow, doesn't take on the line and can't kick

i honestly would have rather have kept Dykes, at least when he did play he offered something different.

the decision to let Webster go was another strange FC decision as well IMO, he is not a top level player...but again at least he can kick, and he would have offered us cover at hooker and probably helped the coaching staff too.

i was taking the biss. who give agar a 3 and a hlf year deal? and who thought it would be a good idea to sign thorman (hudd reject, FACT)

Interesting that our last 2 coaches have been dour and uninspiring which has mirrored our on field play.
