Don't believe for one minute he did leave for that reason. He had just played for a team that contested 3 finals in 4 years. I believe he just wanted to get away from Hull for one reason or another. He would have signed for most clubs willing to match or beat his Hull contract.

His statement about going to wire as he expects them to win silverwear was a typical new players statement to appease his new fans.

fantastic player, but yet again its played 2, then injured, and that pattern will most likely sadly continue. Add that to the fact he's an impact prop who rarely plays 80mins, he must cost loads per minute.

That's where Lowes plays him wrong, he plays him from the start, thats not his game.

Since when has anyone ever known what players are paid as if you believe that Wire are paying Morley, Monaghan, King,Gleeson and probably others about 200k each then Carvell must be playing for about £15 and a fry up on a Sunday morning.

wire lost last 4 last year as well. thats 6 on the bounce. had a full off season to adress his teams problems. therefore he is cack!

Agree with all of that, plus he must of known that Wire are underchievers with the squad they have got. So they are never going to win anything. I was sad to see him go but he clearly didn't want to be at Hull. One thing though is that he really did seem to enjoy his try.

Not our concern anymore so would suggest discussing him on the Wire board.
