The thing is Paul if Dowes, Cusack, Lauaki & O`Meley are our 4 starting props for next season would we want to use our final overseas spot on someone who may only be a back up prop, i think they will use it for a back and Tate ceratinly has some pedigree its just whether the knee reconstructions have taken there toll on his body.

Yes but there is Cusack, Lauaki and O'Meley to come into the side aswell as Dowes. The balance has to be right. I like Moa and would like him to stay but we would then end up with four of our quota spots on props.

But the fans don`t pick the team and Agar will pick Dowes, Cusack, Lauaki & O`Meley i believe, if this is the case he will look to strengthen in the backs.

I would pick Moa over Dowes + Cusack everyday of the week

totally agree. dowes and yak offer the same. moa will be improving all the time and for a prop he is really at the beginning of his career still.
