That is my argument - in the past the players were part-time - working during the day - training on an evening - These days they have everything in place - Would not we all like to start the day at the gym - train at Brantingham - The sun shines in the summer I know they start in the cold -all your gear supplied - its all in place - I dont expect to win all games or win trophys - I just want to love them all and have heroes.

Was a bit echoey but quite a lot of singing and banter. Enjoyed it.

Not at all. Car park was quite empty but south and west looked quite well populated. Sorry to disappoint you.

Sounds about right. East looked similar to the Leeds game, South probably the same (hard to see when you're in the middle). West had fewer supporters and obviously the North was empty.

I think even if this is an exaggerated figure, it doesn't really look good.

Yes it was a better performance and a good result, but it does show the shocking trend the last 3 years have begun to develop.

well, i was definetely giving this game a miss tonight, and nothing was swaying me, [ibut[/i it got to 7:30, and i decided i was going, just couldnt not go!! did laugh when i decided to go, the other half said, after all the crap youv come out with this week, you'd be the 1st to call for a strike and the 1st to cross a picket line!!!
glad i did go (still want Agar to go, no change there) good game, although the real test will be next week, thought Horne and Obst played well together, Whiting had a blinder

If the East stand was at least as full as the Leeds game (hard to tell when your in there) then 10400 is about right IMO.

Have to say walking down Argyle Street around 7pm we wondered if the match had been called off.

Reasonable crowd in the end, all things considered. Down on the corresponding fixture last season but similar to what we got in 2009 against them.

The empty ends of the East Stand looked disappointing again, I guess we'll have to get used to that in the main.

Hope the doom and gloomers, boycott boo boys dont turn out again for the next home game. Much better atmosphere tonight and a real feeling of optimisim I felt. It was almost as though those that didnt turn up are the ones who are normally moaning behind you. Much better without out them.
