Very happy with the sighing as ive said on other threads. As far as this thread goes - team building etc I have never faulted Agar for, my massive concerns are on field strategies and definitely game time decisions.
We are a team which on paper looks very strong but does not pull it together somehow - it all smacks of 'great idea, poorly executed' as a whole and to mr a great coach/manager should create a team which is greater than the sum of it's parts.
Using that analogy, Agar is a great parts finder but a poor mathematician!

It will only be sorted out if the whole team's defensive pattern changes. One man won't stop the problems down there. Whiting is as good as anyone in defence and we still get done on the right time and time again.

Hopefully Bailey will finally get what's coming to him - remember in that Radford incident last year he'd been in front of disciplinary about 12 times and not been found guilty - bet he gets sending off sufficient though.
