Yeaman tackle was fine, unfortunate that Grix got injured. If you thought it was a high shot RL is not the game for you.

We were very bad today with ball in hand, defence was pretty good. Don't know whether to laugh or cry as we were still in it with 8mins to go. Shows that Hudds aren't the finished article yet though they will struggle to finish off the top teams if they perform like that.

To make yeards we needed to try hard passes or break tackles.

Hudds just kicked very well and got up fast, their forwards made good yards off quick play the balls.

Its rugby league the player was on his knees and at high speed nothing could be done, no arms were involved. Don't turn our game into a non-contact sport. Then we wonder why the Aus and Kiwi teams tear us to pieces everytime....

Please enlighten us as to what was wrong with it ?

Enlighten us to why it should have been a penalty...was a good hard tackle and wouldnt have been botherd if it was on a FC player.

What I remember of it now, Gilmour was up ended and put in a dangerous position.

Only takes him to land awkwardly from that height for a serious injury to happen, him not getting injured has nothing to do with it. I thought the rfl was trying to stamp out these type of tackles.

Disagree with you felt the Manu tackle on Gilmour was the worst tackle in the match.

He lifted Gilmour above the vertical and then smashed him down it was only Gilmour twisting that stopped it being head first but after Manu puts him down he goes right down on top off him.

Every player on the pitch knew that it was a completely fair and legal tackle. There was no response from Giants players whatsoever which there would have been otherwise. Yeaman's later on was deffo a penalty but if you stop/penalise tackles like Manu and Yeaman's hit on Grix then you may as well pack up and go home.
