We're struggling like hell with injuries and aren't playing well, but somehow we're sticking with a Wigan team who look actually pretty good with the ball, have had better field position and look a lot fresher than us.

I honestly couldn't care less what the Aussies think.

It's all about the attitude for me now. Do to Wigan what they do to other sides, stay in games they have no right to be in.

That's a try and the ball game.
Too many injuries and too many errors.
Houghton was the key one, ptb has been too slow since he went off.

We haven't been beat though.

No major drama though, it's round 2 and it's a long, long season.

Exactly. It's a disappointing loss after the long build up to the game and the injuries are a concern. You have to admire Hull's determination today. Some real effort especially from Manu, Mini, Hadley. Disappointed with the props though and Sneyd has offered little.

Indirectly, they do. Players are more fatigued. Players are playing out of position. The full game plan goes out the window.
That been said, some of the dropped ball has been criminal. But Wigan have dropped their fair share too.

Taylors tried, Watts invisible, Bowden very little, Paea crap with too many dropped balls. Only forwards deserving credit are Sika and Hadley

Me too. Disappointed with Sneyd, he did a Luke Gale. At the end of the day it was our away fixture, we probably would have lost at the DW. The key thing now is to get back on it against Cas and not have a hangover from this trip.

Agreed, we have a terrible record there. Warm weather training, great PR and hopefully just Houghton injured, assuming Faraimo will be a week or so and Mini had a very good 2nd half to say he was meant to have done his ankle. That Cas game will be tough.

Next week been a friendly is good. I couldn't care if we get beat 60-0 and the Aussies (and other clubs fans) take the , it's a chance for us to give a week off to anybody who had even the slightest knock today.
