From what I've seen he's just a runner who gets on the end of plays to score tries, not what we need at all

Agree with you to a point,but we beat wakey and you and we both lost to widnes.Anyway I voted for rankin and horne,and judging by the comments on the other thread lots of hull fans are slating windy miller and would maybe change their vote.

We haven't treated the 'last half dozen' half backs badly for a start.

We're a club with little recent success in a provincial English city and no super-rich owner to bust the cap throwing stupid amounts of cash at players. Plus I think our scouting/recruitment leaves a lot to be desired at times. Not difficult to explain, really.

Dykes,thorman,Horne,seymour,holdsworth,miller....have all been slated on here & at the ground...say no more mate.

Dykes was practically hero-worshipped when fit enough to play.
Thorman was a disaster of his own making.
Horne? Really? Give over.
Seymour had issues but was only really slated in his last game.
Holdsworth got a great initial reception and brought his fall in popularity on himself.
Miller? Do you even read this forum? People have been crying out for him to play, and he's still not being 'slated'.

And in any case, people like you seem to think that all RL players are delicate flowers whose feelings can be badly hurt by the slightest negative reaction from the crowd.

For evidence of the difference an experienced HB/game manager makes to a mid table side, see Warrington. Bereft of Briers they're not much better than us.

I don't think they are delicate flowers,but when you are been heckled/ slated for to long no matter how profesional they are in any walk of life it gets in the mind, our club as spoilt some decent players & as they are not achieving for us its human nature to slate..were British its what we do best. Imo we are an average team with no rights to beat any team without hard graft at training then out on the pitch for the full 80 mins, we've a decent enough squad to do this for this season.

It's nothing to do with radford, I've said before if he fails our club then he should go, I also have posted that PG should have seen out his contract, we are an average club with BIG ambitions but nowadays I don't have blinkers on & see it for what it is, we don't have the right to win because we see our lads as good, & we don't have the right to win because we have decent support, how's poor wingers tom briscoe getting on nowadays pal??? Haha

I think one poster in particular has 'slated' Miller on here for most of the season. The same poster now offering that up as a reason we can't sign a decent half.

It's all very well posting that Radford 'should go' if he fails the club, but if you then stick your head in the sand every time he does fail the club, it means little.
