I believe the overall squad is an improved one, throw an organising/creative 7 in there and it'd be a [imuch[/i improved one. For all my optimism I can't help worrying a little about the perennial lack of a scrum half.

Ellis has spent most of his career with Leeds, England and Wests on the right hand side so I would assume he will stay there. Tickle then playing left.

I personally would play Tickle through the middle with Ellis right & Westerman left.
Ellis or Tickle, the right side is stronger with them, which Barnabus had forgot to mention. Which was the original point.

It's a bit hard to be precise on the right due to the sheer amount and changing of personnel, but it's something like:

Briscoe + Yeaman + Manu = 40
Sharp + Foster + Lineham + Turner + Martin + Tickle + Westerman = 34

Whiting also scored 4 and Crooks 6, but I can't honestly say how many of their scores came on which side, or in Whiting's case even through the middle. Actually, thinking about it Turner played a handful of games on the left too, so maybe he and Crooks' proportions could be a similar trade-off.

Agreed. Will be interesting to see how Agar goes too, and whether London can get their act together; although very poor last season they ended it well. Think Salford and Cas will struggle.

). They will be a threat to the 8. I dont expect anything from Salford, London or Cas.

I'll be very disappointed if we are competing with Bradford, Rovers and Wakey next season for 8th place as that will be worst than last season.

I feel that we are in the baove bracket of teams and will be competing with Leeds, Les Cats and Saints for a top 4 spot.
