Told me he was off contract end of 2013, so may have had an option for 2014. Back in June he said there was no chance of moving for the 2013 season.

I guess things can change in 3 months?!

Hope the Prince deal comes off and his agent is not using our offer to leverage him a contract extension. I will only believe it when I see him in the shirt at the KC. If we do pull this off it will be huge for this club and SL in general. Maybe the last marquee signing of an NRL star for a long time.

Slightly concerned that we have been talking it up in the press (like the Rangi deal) before the deal has actually been signed. Have they not learnt from that mistake? It may be we’ve just alerted the whole of SL and NRL clubs that Prince is a realistic target and now opens us up to being gazumped because we couldn’t keep it quiet until it was done. Just don’t understand why the club would do business this way?

Apparently Gold Coast have confirmed we've offered Prince a 3 year contract. Really hope they've got mixed up & its 2 years +1 in our favour.

after watching a few prince videos I think he will really fit in at Hull (I know highlights aren't the full picture). He's the missing link we need for Gentle's style of rugby and the way he feeds off the forwards running and offloading is what we've missed for a while now
