Was a couple of months back, but he said he wasn't looking at coming back. Things may be different now, and money talks!

Someone on here mentioned last week that cas had said that anderson was willing to come back to the UK

To an extent there is no panic as we are now out the CC and likely to miss out of the playoffs, the only worry I have is if the slump and continued poor performances harm the gates anymore. He may well take the time to assess everything from top to bottom then after the season ends he will wield the axe. If He still has Agar as Head Coach next season then thats it for me, no more. He may be waiting to ask Agar to be a man of his word and ask him to walk as promised if he failed to take us forward.

Of course there is no panick we are fighting for 8th spot, just got knocked out of the c/cup and the fans will just carry on wasting there fecking money

Though when he was asked if Agar was the man for the year ahead I thought it was interesting that he was a bit non-committal. 'Yes, well... he's the man for now.' Then said about seeing how the rest of the season goes.

I thought what he said about his asperations for the club and his feelings about being better than Rovers was good and showed he was already 'getting the idea'.
He can't be making what appear to be knee jerk reactions after 72 hours in charge he will wait hear what the fans and the administrators feel is wrong, get an angle on it and then make a decision. If he reacted to the fans at this point he woukd be expected to do that evrytime there is an issue which might suite some but is no way to run a business. looking at the way he has operated over the years he will, have no fear, be looking already at getting season ticket holders that are disenchanted signed up again and increasing gates for next year and he will do whatever he has to do including changes in personel and big name signings to get that!

spot on wilf,i agree with all you say,he will be well aware of the low attendances and unrest with the fans,he will deffo not take the risk of season passes falling next year,he his here to make money not lose it,im sure he knows what is needed to make the club a succesfulll one.

It would be a very shrewd move indeed if Pearson were to wait until the end of the season and then publicly ask Agar to be true to his word and walk. Agar certainly doesn't deserve a payoff of any kind and the money saved could be put towards getting a proper coach in to start putting right the mess that he's created.
