My point as you are well aware is that........drum roll........look away now if you haven't noticed already is......Ellis has been a colossal disappointment. He's rarely outplayed his opposite number never mind dominated games nor won you any.
He must take up a fare amount of the cap for very little if no return.
Has anyone seen him make a break. When was his last 100 metre game. If he hadn't come from the NRL he'd have been dropped last season. Desperate attempts on here to justify his defensive contribution do not change the facts he's average some games but barely better than that. Larroyer out played him yesterday daylight second.
Bet he's on more than Luke Walsh. Boy would he improve you more than that has been.
Costigan is on far less I'll bet. He's done a better defensive job than Ellis and in the heavy traffic of the ruck since he arrived. Weyman well you can see why the St George fans were gutted he left and why Wayne Bennett said he'd pick him in his best side. Scored more tries in 9 games than Ellis has managed in a season and a third.

After your continuous harping about FC fans not buying tickets last week I'm a bit surprised that you didn't do another missing poster about your own fans in the east side of the North stand. Did you not see the big empty spaces in the last block on that side when you filled your stock on the re run? Came across loud and clear on Sky.

Lots of empty spaces. I was very disappointed with the crowd if I'm honest. 2000 below capacity for a derby is indicative of both sides start to the season.

Depends what people were expecting from ellis. Repaid a big chunk of the investment in him by getting us to wembley last season and I think had he been in a better team he's have looked much better. He's never been a spectacular player. FWIW, thompson was the best 2nd rower on the pitch last night and he was probably the lowest paid above hadley

With it being the 1st season of the North stand I'm guessing alot is trial and error. The club have probably realised that we could have offered Hull an extra section. The problem would have being the fact that you have Rovers season ticket holders spread across the stand. Maybe next year they'll keep a 3rd section free of ticket holders so if the demand is needed Hull can get more tickets.

How many rovers fans have been in it for other games? I'm surprised it isn't more popular
