Agree refs should be marked or at least be asked about cotentious decisions.
I can't see them getting down graded though, there's too much of a shortage of refs through the whole game

As far as I know he didn`t,but being top of a league is some form of championship,isn`t it? If not,I stand corrected.

Last year when a season pass wasn't feasible because of work the decision (apart from money) whether to go or not was partly if either Silverwood or Ganson were reffing the game.
Would love to know the win/lose ratio when we have either of those two clowns.

Gentle appears to go about his business with minimum fuss, he has not set any unrealistic targets and has said he expects to see improvements every game and that will do for me, I was more than happy with his interview...

part of the benefit of having McRae in, I doubt we'll see Gentle courting the media, he'll go quietly about his nusiness and leave McRae to do the media stuff.

Impressed with Gentle so far. I suspect most supporters were very happy with a point yesterday but I was really pleased that Gentle spoke of his disappointment.

As for Gentle ,I thought in his after match interview he sounded peeved we had drawn the game.This to me is encouraging.

The only problem is once a ref is down graded, who else comes in? It's a real shame but we don't have enough good refs to do the job.

Cracking stuff in todays mail, could be soundbites perhaps but he seems genuine to me.

I doubt they are soundbites. He was the assistant coach for the Aus national team so it's no real surprise that fumbling the ball around the in goal area or failing to execute a straightforward kick off return doesn't really impress him. Good on him.
