Think we need to break away from a growing reputation of feeding off top clubs' elder statesmen and start genuinely competing for rising hot properties. I'm not saying Sharp's quite in that bracket, but he'd be a step in the right direction IMO. |

If Berrigan goes we must spend the money on a top class no 6 (with Horne moving to centre for a make or break season)
Mason is a good player, and one of the few 'big name' players in the game, but our pack is good enough as it is. Very few sides have beaten it this season. Its speed and creativity that we lack. If he signed we'd end up with all the salary cap spent in the forwards, while being very weak in the backs.

Been first choice at Souths all season, no chance at all of him coming. Think there are others that are far better than him anyway, Barba at Bulldogs, Lad at Manly (Hodkinson?) and Mortimer at Eels for starters. Every team has a young half who would go well over here. |

I'd take Sandow over all of these . Barba is a similar player but only coming from the bench. |
