Speaking of Newton I thought he was meant to be good? Manu and Hall made him look ameteurish at times when he was defending.

After watching the game again this morning I honestly don't know how we lost that game. Fair play to Rovers for grinding it out but barring the first 5 minutes and the 10 minutes after half time we were clearly the better side.

I think we have the players to be a good side (especially with who is coming in next year) and I do think Agar still has the respect of the players and can be the man for the job. I'm quite optomistic for next year and the remainder of this one too.

Last night was the 1st time he got it right imo......hope the incoming players can help him stamp his style on our play as Calderwoods try and the Raynor no try shows what we can do.

Yip.......1st time in weeks we have seen commitment but it takes new players who have played 3 and 2 matches to fire us up.

All most on here seem to be talking about is the 2 actual fair 1 on 1 scuffles, in which both your players got owned!

No most of you are just convinently ignoing the fact that Calderwood did it and then waffling on about the two 1 on 1's which nobody has denied instead.

Did Fozzard attack Houghton from behind when Houghton was busy with someone else?

Berrigan had hold of Fisher as did Houghton you mate Calderwood runs in and throws at least 1 under Houghtons arm so not only did Fisher have his back to him he also had 2 FC players having hold of him.

Infact Richard Horne was there as well so that makes it 3 Players Calderwood needs before he will get involved.

Mark has turned out to be a great signing as some of us predicted.

Hopefully the service he gets next year will be improved and he can notch a few more tries than this year.

With a decent kicking game we'd exploit the height of Hall and Whiting with bombs and Calderwood's pace with raking kicks. We just don't have the player to execute it, unfortunately.

Was quite funny that after his disallowed try. You could clearly lip read him saying "com on on ive just scored"....

As for his involvement in the fight it was uncalled for. Houghton landed Fisher with a few and all was fair, it was sort of calming down then he gets a cheap upper cut in.

Was not his biggest fan at the start of the season, but has shut me up with consistantly good performances and seems to genuinely care about the club.

I think Tansey will help our wingers and centres next season with the added options he creates by coming into the line. Which for Calderwood, Raynor, Hall and Yeaman (Hopefully that will be our three quarter line next season!) will result in better service and hopefully we will be a much more potent attacking force.

Calderwood is the biggest dick in rugby.

Yesterday near half time Hull kicked a pen out and the ball boy was running down the line to put the ball down on the spot.
Calderwood ran alongside and tried to grab the ball out of his hands. The ball boy kept hold and put it where he was meant to.
Calderwood spat his dummy out and clearly annoyed at the ball boy doing his job he waited till he bent down to place the ball and shoved him over.

Pro Rugby player picking on a young ball boy. He has real star quality.
