Lovely last rd...fast and accurate with his cominations and used the centre of the ring superbly.How the hell he didnt win the other 2 rds is beyond me and he should have had a warning.
As for track events....service returned to normal with a silver so far...compared with golds in sports that wont be mentioned by the biased commentators.

Bbc sport has got a great planner....im off work for 3 weeks and have done bugger all so far...apart from shout at telly when rowing and cycling on....not fussed on athletics but will cheer a gold. |

alex smith of hull also did well in the hammer - just qualifying for the final was a massive achievement as this sport is dominated by the eastern europeans
