Had you watched him play regularly for the last 2 season you would understand the criticism/comments were more than justified he has been poor..However all the fans recognise he has looked like the Horney of 2006 the last couple of games, let us hope that continues because it is fantastic for Rich and all the fans.

I think a few people are getting too carried away about Turner. He's played one decent game at SO and one not so good. A little early to be trumpeting him as the new anything. At least bb has the excuse of being female and the fact that she loves him!

If a finch type player was available it would be silly not to look at him but if Tickle does leave and we retire a few others OOC then I believe we will look to strengthen in more needy areas unless you consider RH finished ??

He did stand out at Salford, he was considered a huge loss by Bomber... I am right with this one, I would like to think he will be a SO but if not he will be a centre,just needs to settle and gain more confidence.

He's played two games for us! One of them was good without being great and he looked largely ineffective last night. I'm not saying he isn't a good player and won't develop into a decent SO, but he's shown nothing yet to suggest he'll be an international.

totally agree about no show as a GB yet however I think to look through his eyes he has moved from a small club to one of the biggest in the world with household names in abundance which in itself must by claustrophobic to a young man , once he has laid a few months under his belt and got to find his feet after a few games i believe he will develop immensly, lets not overhype or burn him out yet!!

By the way, just because Alan Hunte says something, it doesn't make it true. For example, I have it on good authority that before he signed for us he said that he wouldn't be a complete waste of space.
