Where have I stuck up for the club? I have not made a comment about this guy as I don't know what he can or can't do. Do you know who Leeds use? How successful where they before they got the job? EXACTLY!

It doesnt matter who seems to come here,there is always someone getting into their rigging before being given a chance.Calderwood being a prime example.

I've not been Agar's biggest fan this year, but to use this potential appointment as another stick with which to beat him, and the club, is laughable.
I'm not sure who we'd expect to get for the job. Kearney?. McGuire from Melbourne?. Maybe Jason Taylor would be up for it now he is out of work.
People moaned when Sharp was brought in last year, but at least if things don't work out, there won't be a seamless transition to Sharp taking over & a new broom will be needed. Isn't this a good thing?.
I don't know if Richards is any good, or even if he will get the job, but I think we'd need to give any new person a fair chance. At the end of the day, the playing style & ethos of the team comes from the head coach, so the buck ultimately stops with Agar.

The whole coaching set up needs replacing IMO, but that needs to start at the top rather than worrying who will be Agar's assistant. Especially given that this guy hasn't even been employed yet.

I'd like a proven coaching team to be brought in from somewhere they have had success, like football seem to prefer.

I think getting rid of the ring leaders will work for us, but I share just about everyone else's concern about the quality of our coaching, all we can hope is that the senior players start convincing Agar to mix things up a bit.

I'd still like to see us bring in another 1 or 2 players, having both Moa and Yak on one year deals could go either way for us.

After two very poor seasons are we in a position to gamble on unproven coaches, as the whole coaching set up appears unchanged, I would have thought we would definitely need some-one with experience more than ever due to poor results, selections, interchanges etc.

Like most though would love to be proved wrong.
