For this physical position signing Lynch for 2 years would just give the young lads that bit extra time to improve physically and be gradually introduced as you say.

If we're bringing in Noble as DOR we may as well leave Agar in place for another season in my opinion (and I hate the idea).

It doesnt have to be a coach with NRL experience as long as they have history of winning something and overall improve the team they have coached on a conisistent basis imo

Watched him in the flesh every week. He's been a great servant to our club and if he's got a good deal for a couple of years then the very best of luck to an honest rugby player. But I think you're somewhat over stating his potential contribution at this stage of his career.

Why can`t you see us signing Lynch, he only has a year left on his contract so a transfer fee would be minimal

Why would Bradford let him go? He's one of the very few good things about their very poor squad.

He'll probably be on a decent salary due to his standing at the club so we'd have to offer him a lot of money AND pay a transfer fee. I just don't see us doing that for a 32 year old.

I'd love him to come but our pack is already one of the oldest in SL so I just don't see AP forking out a lot of money for a prop who'll probably give us 2 seasons.

if he's come for a small fee (and I would say small would need to be less than £50k) then I doubt it will make much of a dent in Bradford's debts.

Its all about the player if the player hands in a transfer request or tells Bradford he wants out then they would be a fool not to cash in on him.

True but I guess it also depends on what he is earning at Bradford and what youngsters they have to bring in. If they can see a way to offload him for a cash fee and bring in a suitable youngster they will save on his wages as well as earning a small fee as well.

Maybe AP only watches the BBC coverage of the game and sees them as a "dream" team !

I like Lynch but i agree we already have plenty of "experienced" props in the side for next season. If we are going to pay a fee it would be more beneficial long term to look at a younger prop with plenty of years on the clock or better still promote from within if the players we have are capable.

Nothing would please me more as he's a smashing feller. You're actually on the right lines as he's played far too many minutes in an awful team.
