Utterly pathetic.

I've said this countless times this season, but it's an attitude thing, nothing to do with ability. Just about every player today is better than their opposite number, but we just don't give the lesser teams the respect that they deserve. We just turn up and think it's a foregone conclusion. The players are the ones who go out there and make the mistakes and miss the tackles, but ultimately it's down to Radford to set the culture and make sure the players are going out 100% focused.

Every team slips up sometimes in games that they should win. If it happens twice in a season then I can forgive that. But we just aren't learning any lessons.

Attitude is all wrong for me not their ability. We don't know how to put a game to bed and panic if the game isn't going our way.

I also hate hearing the crowd beg for a fight. The same people who, once their is a fight, start booing and slagging the ref off for pulling out a yellow card.
I'm all for the biff and would rather see it go unpunished, but since it is now an automatic sin bin (at least) then I'd rather our guys didn't do it.

This. We have some really good players at the club (some pretty average ones too!) but the main thing that lets them down is their attitude. Fair play to Wakey for fighting back today but the way the team crumbled like they did when 16-0 in front was a disgrace.

Crookes kicked out in the tackle IIRC. Not long before that samutt did exactly the same thing to Ellis but the ref did nothing.

I've never seen us play a superior Wakey side. I've seen us lose to plenty of poor ones.

you must not have been around in the sixties and seventies then ,because youve never had a team as good as the wakefield trinity team of the 1960s ever.

Yes, yes I have. More to the point I've watched teams who bye and large were put together for peanuts perform well above what the "experts" expected. Also in Solomona, Ellis and Brough to name a few we have watched players who have delivered on the field rather than steal money on reputation.

Come on man, Hull are the greatest under achievers in SL history. Every year huge amounts of cash paid out to one big name after another with the promise of glory rarely delivered.

What you got, 1 CCup, 1 CCup runners up and one SLGF runners up for all that boasting. We aren't that far behind relatively speaking - a linesman's flag away from Old Trafford in 2006 and Tickles kicking in 2008 for Wembley.

Admit it with your fantastic stadium and supporter base you should be way way way further ahead of us than that. Hence you have played some good Trinity sides in SL, either that or most Hull teams in SL have been gash because we are not that lucky. However so far this season this team hasn't proved to be one of the good ones which is why I'm quite shocked for you.
