When you say Lynch deal for next year do you mean a 1yr contract. If so I don't believe it, he already has a year left at bulls so we would of had to pay a fee. doesn't make sense.

My understanding as I posted last week was Wane will get the Wigan job with Harris as no.2.

Gentle was set to get Cas job but it collapsed.

Don't expect Agar to be here next season.

Ogre, Moa, Lynch, Radford and O'Carroll not a bad bunch of props.

Would like to see better than Lynch coming in, personally.

Better than Lynch? I think those 5 props are a great mix.

I just think we need more leadership in the pack, O'Meley is great but we need a similar type of player to Fitz to keep them going (just an opinion, admittedly I haven't seen a lot of Lynch this year, but he's never really struck me as a leader)

Fair enough but im more interested in having top class props then leaders. There all adults and should be able to knuckle down when the going gets tough if they carnt then there in the wrong sport.

But like I said who would you get its okay saying you want someone better but you dont give realistic targets.

I hear the Name O'carrol alot but I dont really want him he seems very injury prone and people want him because hes younger. Thats not going to help him if he is injured.

He`s Bradfords captain Standee so they must see him as having leadership qualities, whether thats vocally or by leading by example i don`t know.

Lynch is a cracking prop forward and I'd be more than happy to have him in our team. Don't know enough about O'Carroll to make a judgement on him, which maybe does say something about the impact he's made so far in his career.

Lynch would be great for you... for 2012. But would Bradford release him without a decent fee? Would Hull want to pay a decent fee for a player who turns 32 shortly?
With Moa maybe looking at a shot at the NRL in 2013 and Radford coming towards the end of his career, it isn't a long term solution. If you can pay a fee, I'm not sure he'd be the very best value.

The small fee is worth it.

Lynch will be a great addition, brings size. Leadership and experience. O'Carroll is s good player, think he was keeping Prescott out of the side but has suffered with injuries. Will be 5th choice prop I'd imagine.

This is why we need to give any youngsters we have at prop ago to get them ready for the change of guard. I dont know much about our youngsters but the name bowden keeps getting banged about so im hoping he is pretty decent. And chris Green looks a monster he would do well at prop im thinking. And what about about pearce in the back line he will take some stopping.

I hope we sign him but if we do sign him this smacks of a Brian Noble signing

it seems I am in a minority with my thoughts on Lynch, look forward to being proven wrong enxt season if this signing is made.
