I'd be well happy with that but he'd still command a massive contract and easily get an NRL team even if Manly did have to get rid. I just can't see any big names coming our way if I'm honest.

I know you're pointing out the ridiculousness, but seeing as you mention him I just thought I'd say that in a dreamland where we'd have the pick of the NRL, Dugan would actually be my first choice.

Over Slater? Dugans always injured.

As a signing, yes, for the long term. As a player, obviously Slater is better, but in terms of value and longevity I think Dugan would be a better option.

Dugan will end up in prison before he finishes playing.
