I thought that the pre-2008 ruling only applied to players who stay with the same team and the dispensation was lost when they moved. Might be wrong though because i gave up trying to figure out these classification rules ages ago.

i dont know what the deal was with regards Burnetts loan, he could have recal clauses in there, but i can only guess it is deemed our need for a half outweight most other things at present ..
I personally believe we could go with what we have and if we can navigate the first 6 weeks with no injuries we could do ok

Each 1000 hours of pro RL playing time leads to roughly 40 injuries that mean a player misses at least one susequent game. 1 match is 80 x 13 = 1040 minutes or 17.3 hours. 40/1000 x 17.3 = 0.692 injuries per game. 4 injuries would be average over 6 weeks - the chances of not getting any would be fairly remote.
