Seems like there are positives to take in defence, with Leeds getting 3 fortunate try's. But the writing was on the wall when we didn't take our earlier chances. Good to see us trying right to the end though.

We are not exactly blessed with good backs at the minute, but Radford is hardly making the best of the situation with team selections like this. Seems like Lancaster has done nothing wrong tonight, so leave him in until Lineham is back. Get Talanoa back on the wing and put Sa and Crooks at centre. I just don't understand the logic in the selection tonight.

We've lacked some luck again but were beaten by a better team in poor conditions (for both sides). No one expected anything else and most would have expected worse. Need to keep building but we have no threat in key positions - has to be addressed.

Carn't help thinking that a better team would of beat Leeds tonight they coughed up enough possession for a decent team to take advantage, I don't take any positives out of tonight because we got lucky Leeds had a off day and the weather was abit of a leveller.

I never know if the weather ever really is a leveller for us. We are a terrible wet weather team. We will never know if Leeds would have ran away if it was a dry track, but I like to think we would have used the ball a bit better.

We handed them 2 try's and they had a massive stroke of luck hitting the post , honestly thought the score flattered them . The difference for me was yet again lack of a kicking game !!

Few positives for me were Shaul very good under the high ball in bad weather , the forwards fronted up against theirs and a well done to Callum Lancaster

So the great plan was to kick the ball dead and keep it out of play for as long as possible. Great entertainment abounds then. Also, the weather affected the ball control, Leeds seemed to be OK when it mattered.

I wish Doc would stop being a cheerleader for the current regime. Why doesn't anyone ask him what he thinks needs to be done. It's getting boring now.

Why's everyone going on about the 'appalling weather'? The pitch was wet following the storm before the game, but there was no rain at all during the match. In fact, it was quite bright with clear skies.

Loads of effort tonight, pleasing debut for Lancaster against the best back line in the competition, and huge stint from Ellis. Story of the season though. In the arm wrestle but too little quality in the three quarters and halves.

Our Dream Teamers (wing and centre) are both injured. Decent debut from Sa, hopefully he'll build his game time up and partner Talanoa. The halves are a bag of spanners. A decent SH would make such a difference.

What exactly do you want Pearson to 'shake up'? We have a new coach and new players. I agree some of our players aren't good enough, we desperately need a half back to work with Rankin, and Radders is in the deep end, but would changing any of these make a difference half way through the season in our position? I'm not sure.

I say we go with what we've got, build our younger players up and keep working hard. Plenty of players will be in/out again next season, let's hope it's for the better. Pleasing tonight that we've shown a bit of fight, our backs not good enough to contend. Get Fetuli with Sa on one wing while Lineham is back, massively missing him and Crooks on our right. Another write off season, but I'm happy that we're still giving young players debuts and gametime, and they are genuinely progressing well. Going to take a long time to get out of the cack to where we want to be.
