When do you ever see coaches ranting and raving during media interviews? It was a fairly typical interview from a coach whose team has just been well beaten.
It just feels like people looking for stuff to complain about now. There is enough to be down about without manufacturing more.

As good a coach as Cartwright maybe he is going to need to be the messiah or a miracle worker to get enough improvement out of that lot. Other than Asiata we have signed players that will work hard but won’t improve us significantly enough to dig us out the pit of shame we’ve dug for ourselves.

Yes we lost Carlos (again) and Walker but it made little difference as the whole set up and selection was a mess and that was evident with what we saw in those 80mins.
