Yes I've made at least 3 comments on it since Monday hardly call that wittering love you really need to know what words mean before you start using them and me personally I'm not bothered about what Radford said. More interested in games on the pitch unlike you who seems to have a little agenda.

Which ever way you look at it we are a devided club atm and i dont think Radfords comments have done anything to help that. The club needs all parties to be on side and not to be alienating anyone with remarks that can be read as being negative towards them. There are now many fans, like myself, who feel like they've had enough and comments made by the coach that seem to be antagonistic towards these people will only drive them further away

Sebs post is correct. Radford needs to keep his mouth shut and get on with his job. If people have said things he doesn't like he should be knuckling down and proving them wrong, not taking poorly worded pot shots at them. All it does is turn people against him more, morale amongst fans is already low, with a lot of people contemplating not going for a while. He is the leader and face of our club, he should act as such.

Rubbish, the clubs not divided in the slightest. As evidenced by the continuing support from the fans both home & away, a dozen or so disgruntled fans on a message board does not represent division. If i'm being honest, from my own personal experiences this season I think the club and the fans are closer than ever, been some great attendances away and the events incorporated in the 150 year celebrations have been outstanding.

Did you not go last Thursday ha! more than a dozen or so disgruntled fans you'll find if you did. More like 850 fans who ain't disgruntled that travelled to saints on Monday

IMO theres no split in fans. Just a lot of us are fed up with the team ATM .

It represents a division between the fan base yes, but not a divided club! Our support of our team is outstanding, as evidenced at every game i've been to. Doing the Wigan walk because we're getting mullered at home by our rivals doesn't indicate division, it displays displeasure at the performance.

Id say 80% if not more, would be happy to see Radford walk or fired. 80%, 20% divide, Id say that's a division.
Maybe I'm wrong, but apart from yourself, I don't know 1 Hull fan who thinks he's up to the job. Saying that, if Pearsons right about Radford and he just needs time, making you right also, I'll be the first to apologise. And I hope I have to. But 1 win doesn't make you right about Radford

There's a difference between differing opinions in the fan base and division in the club.

I've not judged Radford on this season yet, said i'd give him at least 10 games which is what I intend to do. I've stated in another thread that 4 from 10 was bare minimum and that that had to be improved in to 8 from 15 and then around 14 from the first 23. Those I see as acceptable, what I don't see as acceptable is any less than 11 from 23.
I just don't like overreacting to a few performances.

Me too. And I am disgruntled yet also one of the 850 who travelled to Saints. And most of the people I spoke to on Monday also have serious worries.

I'm ecstatic we won, and I'm pleased for Radford and hope this is the start of the upturn for him to prove me wrong. But I don't think it will prove to be as the issues run deeper than one half decent performance against a depleted Saints team - they stem from the concerning way Radford found his way to the top job in the first place. In my opinion.

But lets see what Friday brings. I'll be there, and cheering, but still worried about not just the team, but the club as a whole.

Getting to 8 from 15 would mean winning 5 of the next 6. 14 from 23 would have been optimistic pre-season, and now requires 11 from the remaining 14 pre-split games. That's a tall order.

One win doesn't make a season, nor does it change the big picture.

Lee Radford has now been in his post for over 18 months and his performance should be reviewed over the progress made over that period.

At the start of last season, I thought we were still suffering from a Wembley/Hudderfield Play Off defeat hangover and some tolerance could be given to Radfords initial tenure.

However, this season it's his squad, his playing style etc. Monday's win was obviously welcome and potentially give's Lee a chance to still make it as Hull's Coach. He'll definately be in charge for the next two games now. Two wins against Widnes and Wakefield (currently the other weakest clubs in the league), will take us to between 7th and 10th in the league and provide real hope for a Top 8 finish. Defeat in either, will proably resign us to the Middle 8.

With the Saints win, he's now earned the right to see how we go in the next two games, however to me I'm still not convinced. I'm not sure Hull fans will ever really warm to him as a coach. He has not had the best of starts and he comes across as very dour. You only need to compare his manner to Chris Chester, rightly bubbling with joy after their Deby win and also happy to beat Huddersfield, but reflective on the performance.

On Monday, Radford should have at least raised a smile. Not a celebration, but at least a start and opportunity (with the games coming up) to develop a run. Instead he unemotionally went through the motions. He may argure, he doesn't get excited when we win or lose, but I'd rather see that he had enjoyed the victory and was hungry for the next one.

I hope he will go on to prove me wrong, however I still suspect we will be having the same debate at the end of May, when our fate will almost be sealed.
