Went in today and signed up[ to start end of January on a thursday. Could have started in weeks 2 on Monday but wanted to start from scratch. Also doing females with the next one at the KC starting on the 19th January.

You could probably get something decent for that. I do a lot of hill climbing on mine (that is, standing on the pedals), so it needs to be pretty durable. If you're just going to be seated most of the time, £300-400 should get you something quite good. |
