Watching Sky games now compared to even 2/3 seasons ago shows how the entertainment value has diapppeared. The league might be closer and more competitive but the quality is not there for me. It's not very often I watch a game and really enjoy it, most of them just drift by.

Peter Sterling said a year ago that he feels we are too much like Union, too much wrestling and too much emphasis on the kicking game. He reckoned we should take the defensive line back more and limit the amount of interchanges, this would allow more space and tiredness to creep in and give the skillfull players more room to operate.

Have to agree with the majority on here. I will always be a Hull FC fan and will follow them regardless, but the game in general doesn't excite me as much as it used to.

Take tonight's Sky game, I've not even decided if I will be watching it. I may just flick off and on it.

It's not just because of FC's poor displays either. I can't remember the last time I really enjoyed watching a super league game. Some of the best games I've seen this year have been from the lower leagues on a Thursday night.
If it wasn't for my son's keen interest in the game, I wouldn't bother with most of the Sky matches (& I'd certainly pick & choose my FC games as well!).
Teams winning the wrestle, & reliance on the kicking game is really turning me off the game at the moment.

Thursday night games this season been far better entertaining wise compared to super league games. I think the mentioning of reducing the interchanges would be a good idea for a more open game especially in the last quarter. Dont think i would go as far as saying super league is boring, it is still usually first on the list on my sky menu, granted some teams are predictable at times and unfortunatley hull are probably the worst for it, i know it can be effective at times results wise but for me knowing that you have a reasonable defence on show a little more invention with the ball in hand is always appreciated

Im very bored of it all i must admit. Bored of Hull FCs play and whole match day experience which is a total rip off with a very poor pre-match, shocking, passionless, boring rugby, crap food and expensive beer. I live quite close to Rovers ground and recently whilst having a bbq could here what was going on pre-match and i felt very envious. The whole crowd was being ripped up to fever pitch by the compair and it sounded like a bl00dy big party.

Tbh im also very bored of super league in general as im fed up of watching Saints and Leeds run away with it every season though fair play to Hull KR for what theyre achieving at the moment. Ive even cancelled my subsciption to Sky Sports as i cant be bothered to watch as most games are just dross.

I must admit I struggle to watch a game as a nuetral now.

I turned off the Saints and Dragons game off the other weekend and even put Arsenal and Chelsea on as it was more entertaining. That's the first time I've ever chosen a football game over Rugby League.

As for tomorrow, I'm still undecided wether to go or not. Haven't missed many home games since at the KC, but this will be the first big game that I would miss there if I choose not to go.

I won't be going tomorrow because, like a few others, going to the KC is just becoming more and more of a chore. I think that our steady demise and fall from grace is not only frustrating but also embarrassing at times and I think that this is going a long way towards turning Hull fans from rugby generally. Let's face it, the whole KC experience is just not good value for money when compared to a lot of other teams.

Some vision and ambition shown by our club would probably go a long way towards turning people back on to rugby in general.

Rovers once had bad management but you probably wern't there to see it.

I'm in complete agreement, when the management start showing the same commitment as the majority of the fans, I'll start showing interest again.

I'm going - I paid at the start of the year, so whether I go or not means jack to the club. Not the right time to start throwing money away.

I would rather vote with my feet and watch it on TV with a beer. Probably makes me a lesser fan but never mind

But the minute we start winning and bring in a coach who knows what he is doing and you will be back.

We dont have a divine right to be the worlds best but that is the nature of sport..........Fwiw i arent looking forward to it but il still be there.

But we do have the right to decide if watching a bunch of half hearted blokes plod around a pitch for 80 minutes is good value for our money.

I got my son his second season pass this year but it's the first year he's been interested really. He had the option of going to a gig today (actually I'd have probably gone to that instead if I was his age) but when he found out FC are at home he dropped all other options without hesitation in favour of FC.

What have I set him up for for the rest of his life? Forgive me...

Been saying this for months, we have no right to be top dog, let Rovers have there day in the sun as we will return to the top sometime soon. Only thing I really ain't looking forward to is if they win anything, HDM subscription would have to go as a priority
