Tbh i think he does too much tackling and always has done.I wouldnt have given him the 2yr extension...a 1yr yes as back up and looked to bring in a 6 but we have got him and maybe a organising 7 and Heremia starting at hooker will take the burden off Horne and a new coach may get him doing what he was best at...supporting the runners.As for Chase....no thanks...couldnt tackle a salad and i find him vastly over-rated.

I agree, I do not have a problem with different opinions or actually being proved wrong, but my god he does not accept other differing opinions and certainly not the fact he maybe wrong, and what amazes me more he does not even attend the games then wants to slate a people's opinions who actually do go and watch!

I know all about how misleading stats can be - although the example about falling off tackles is a poor one as that would probably be included in the missed tackles stat. Actually the missed tackles stat is a good example of how they only tell part of the story as someone who is third man in on most tackles will miss a much lower percentage than someone who is first man in or who makes a lot of one-on-one tackles. That's why I rarely quote them unless someone else brings them into a discussion.

BTW [iargument[/i and [idebate[/i are synonyms. You can have a polite argument and an angry debate. Opinions are not sacrosanct - they can and should be challenged and discussed. And watching a player does not mean that you can necessarily be objective. We all filter what we see through our personal preferences and dislikes, and being objective isn't easy when it comes to things you care about.
