Me and my son are travelling from Rugby. Euston closed so having to go from Leanington Spa, change at High Wycombe and on to Wembley Central. Only 1 hr 20 mins, but would be surprised if we see another Rugby League fan before we hit Wembley.

Really enjoying the build up this time round with the hoodoo out the way. Love this competition.

It's still the Challenge Cup Final, most RL fans go for the game, not how many fans are (or aren't) there from the respective teams.

Maybe some of those blocks have only a few seats left?

It's supposed to be one of biggest games in the sport. So the fact it hasn't even come close to selling out is a worry from the sports point of view.

From my own point of view it won't stop me myself from enjoying the day but if you think it's a point that should be brushed under the carpet I do worry.

It hasn't been close to selling out since the return to Wembley - yet the powers that be at the RFL do not appear to promote this show piece in an effective way.

Personally I'd like to see the Final venue change. Perhaps have it on a rotation (Wembley / Cardiff / Edinburgh / Old Trafford). Despite being geographically a challenge to get to, Cardiff was pretty much full for its hosting of the final.

Wembley as a venue is poor as its surroundings have little to offer for a large crowd

I live close to Rugby and (along with my daughter and several family members from Hull) got the train to Euston last year. It was amazing to see several FC fans on the train, as we all converged on Wembley from different parts of the country.

This year we're driving down to Stanmore and getting the tube from there.

They haven't coloured it on the map yet, but the extra block they put on sale the other day (537) has sold out and they have opened the block next to it. Brilliant sales, we are pretty much going to fill all 3 tiers behind the posts.

How strange. You would assume that they are sold out because they're not coloured, but on the rfl Ticketmaster site you can still get tickets in block 126.

Greyed out means not available (at the moment), not sold out.

I guess some ticket returns may be reselling in sold out blocks.

At least 25 blocks have yet to go on sale since the semi finals. (They may have been available before then.)

Don't get that then as they clearly are available. I just put four into my basket. Row 1 seats, four together.

Many blocks are sold out, but there are still loads that aren't, but are greyed out at the moment.

Just seems odd that they haven't coloured the block again then. People logging on will only see the upper tier block available which could put people off. Seems a shame.

It's been like that for ages now, new upper tier blocks have been opened up at our end every 4 or 5 days, but the wigan end has hardy changed at all.
I think they're trying to fill blocks completely, rather than have them all looking half empty.

I reckon it'll be lowest attendance for a long time. Hope I'm wrong.

10k was automatically added to the actual attendance until this year - club Wembley, which had been paid for, but very few attended.

would it hurt to give the true attendance rather than the inflated one?

most knew last years attendance was only in the region of 60-65 thousand

if everbody fit, that will be the team imo

tend to agree but would rather see Connor start at right centre as Griffin offers a lot more impact from the bench.

Other contenders like Thompson, Fash etc?
