The problem with Michaels is he takes up a quota spot, so the question is it worth resigning him and taking up a quota spot or do we release him and use the quota spot elsewhere?

If he wasn't taking a quota spot then I would imagine he'd already have been given another deal, as it is unless we have plans to bring in another player next season that requires us to free up a quota spot then we will likely give him another deal I would think.

If we aren't signing an off half, I hope we look for a project type player who can cover half back and maybe hooker. Unless Jordan Rankin fancies making a return.

Yeamo deserves a new deal for sure. Done really well in keeping his head down, working hard and coming back in vintage form. Pleased for him.

Bit of chat about Michaels staying in the HDM today. Pleased with the signg of Griffin, but releasing Pryce and not replacing him qualitywise would worry me. Leave us with Sneyd and Carlos plus Abdull and maybe HTW.

I hope so for me its crucial but that guy East who is supposed to be in the know now tells us Radford sees Carlos is our next 6 despite all his pre season as a left centre and much better performances in that position
