Joke offload from Briscoe who should know better - left us on the back foot early doors. Not sure that he'll kill it in Oz as I don't think he's the player he was 12 months ago. Tried hard afterwards like they all do but not enough.

I'd try with Briscoe not fussed with Tickle either way.

Biggest concern for me is the forwards (aside from the perennial concern of having no bloody halves), O'Meley is retiring (although yesterday he looked to me like he already had), Lynch is shot, Tickle is way below average at the moment, Houghton can't pass or take a quick PTB, Heremia is, well, rubbish. Whiting plays like a plodding 2nd row no matter where he gets picked, the list goes on.

How many times can you rebuild a side and go nowhere?

I genuinely hope we see AP's ruthless side.

Galea should have taken it, no problem with the offload and wish more of our players would do it.

Always though tickle was a bit overrated, because he I a great kicker, he avoids critism of others.

Briscoe is a good player and again yesterday looked liked of the few players to break through, but we don't use him enough, for that reason I wouldn't offer him a massive wage.

We need to strengthen in far more areas.

We need a strike centre, running halfback, impact prop and a line breaking backrow.

First player I'd try and sign would be hock. Just the type of player we need, wigan want rid and if we offered them money I'd sure they would accept.

Maybe, but if he gets here and decides not to play ball, we'll have wasted a big chunk of salary cap. I suspect it's a moot point anyway - if he doesn't get a move to Australia, I reckon he'll stay at Widnes.

Two new props, a new centre and of course a scrum half are absolute musts for next season.

Who does the centre replace as Crooks is looking better and better each game and think him and Lineham could be 1 hell of a centre/wing combo.

Still far from convinced by Arundel and Yeaman's injury problems of the last couple of seasons are a worry.

Centre has been an issue for us since Domic left.

Wouldn't have been a joke if we scored from it. The offload was on, Galea should have known better to expect it.

Made a good break from our 10 which we should have scored from if Burns didn't take Crooks' head off.

If Briscoe has secured a deal in the NRL he is a very lucky lad.
The Club he has signed for must be looking to rip his deal up . He has been poor for 18 months.

Briscoe certainly hasn't been poor, makes our most yards, scores good try's and is our most dangerous player, just totally under used and starved of good ball, but him in Leeds, wigan or warringtons team he would be outstanding, he will do well in the NRL.

With O'Meley definitely going and more than likely Tickle, Briscoe and Seymour all set to leave will leave a big amount of cash for us to spend on the SC. Hopefull Galea following them out the door too.

We need an impact prop, new half and a back rower or two. I'd be tempted to look for a ball handling centre too because neither Yeaman or Arundel offer enough for us. But we won't see a centre been brought in.

A decent centre would have scored without needing support. He was well clear but lacked the pace to finish. We already had one centre with no pace - looks like we signed another.
