I know they can be bad but to have 2 out for 10 weeks seems really unfortunate. plenty of ligament injuries (aka sprains) see the player back within a week or two or not even missing a game so to lose 2 for an extended period is bad luck. Like I say, hopefully it's the club giving us a worst case scenario.

I know it's only 1 player and a winger at that, but fairamo's last minute dismissal has really made things significantly worse for Sunday. Were he available our 3/4 line wouldn't have been too bad but as is now, looking like being very weak

i agree with that Jake as Warrington will turn us over no matter who we play.
They more than match us in the forwards and their backs will run us ragged.
What i will say is give Miloudi a start at half back with Harris.Yes he will make mistakes but Could provide something different in attack with his off the cuff play.

Warrington are mediocre. Its not a game I expect us to win, but its a game that we are capable of winning. Warrington dont shift the ball any better than Rovers do (its by far Rovers biggest strength), so as long as our forwards compete I dont expect them to "run us ragged" outwide as you say. We need to play to our strengths again and hopefully get a bit if luck and a couple more bits of brilliance from Connor and Shaul and we could get something. I arent holding my breath, but its far from a write off.

Why would Ellis play when Lane and Washbrook never even made the 17. Injuries in the backs are a problem not the pack.
