I'd go with that, considering Hull's isolation way out East you make more of an effort going to clubs than the same clubs do going to you. The crowds too have the 'potential' to go over 15k.

We took more than 5000 to the Huddersfield semi at Salford last season. We had 3/4 of the attendance. It was like a home game with us having 3 sides and Hudds having 1. We took 4000 to Barcelona a few years ago for that game against Catalan at the old Olympic Stadium.

I think Hudds took as many to our ground yesterday as they did that semi last year. There was hardly any of them, nowhere near 3000. And you're having a laugh if you think there were 2000 neutrals and give-aways.

You said you take a minimum of 1700 to away games. It's clearly bollox. it's easy to turn up in numbers when the away ground is nearer your house than your home ground. Other than the derby, our nearest away game is best part of an hour away

Plus you forget just how bad the weather was, wasn't the met office advising against travelling unless necessary, you're never going to get a crowd on a day like that especially when on the box.

sod playing it at a non rugby league clubs ground ie bolton as it would be beter to at least keep the profits going to a club from that sport. i know the grand final is at old trafford but we havent got much choice really because of the capacity of other grounds but the semis are never going to be a full house anywere unless its fc v kr tbh

I can not ever see a scenario when the KC would be used as a neutral venue for a semi final. Even if the fixture was Wakefield v Castleford they would still go to Leeds or Hudds.......

with the jackle and Hyde nature of hull fc I can't see why we can't go to Wembley. it's all down to attitude, I don't care what gentle says in the media. I think he's a talented coach but he's not the finished product. he's the one that has preached about narrowing the gap between our best and worst performance but talk has been cheap. but as I've said in this one off game I think Hull is worth a flutter is the odds are good.

It seems a lot of fans are fixated on attendances these days. I don't care if we take 1 supporter and win much better than taking 5,000 and losing.
