Awful under Agar, I was beginning to lose the will to live under his brand of football. I have mixed feelings about Gentle t.b.h. .The most frustrating thing being we are losing by small margins. |

My point about constructive dismissal was a response to his suggestion that IF it turned out to be too expensive to get rid of him we could just shunt him to one side and bring someone else in anyway.
My response to his main point about maximum cost was that there is no guarantee that it would be limited to the value of his remaining salary, as if there is no 'just cause' we would have to negotiate a release and he might well hold out for more. |

Early termination clauses will be written into the contract when a new manager is appointed (or should be). Can you imagine a situation where any owner allows this to be for more than the value of the remainder of the contract? |
