Enough friends not to want to bandy words someone who spends far too much time on here.

Not obsessed at all but when someone has a contrary view, its not customary in society to brand them "thick". Some people take themselves far too seriously.

Back on topic, Pearson has a history of wanting success fast. If Smailes has anything about him (and I know he reads this) he'll be trying to get that "vote of confidence" from Adam Pearson on Monday.

I'm a season ticket holder who travels 240 miles in total for every home game. It doesn't make me any better than anyone else but it does on your accusation about me. You can't even remember how we played under McRae so I was suspicious as to whether you were ever there.

I know that big numbers can sometimes be scary, but a little elementary arithmetic reveals that 10,000 posts over 8 years is just 3.5 posts per day. Hardly life consuming.

By comparison you've racked up 2.5 posts a day since registration. Maybe you should be throttling back a little in order to avoid appearing hypocritical?

I'm curious, as someone who has apparently travelled home and away to support Hull for at least 15 years, why was the inspiration to join this board this year's Challenge Cup final? In all those years, with Cardiff, with the Grand Final appearance, with the move to the KC Stadium and the goodbye to The Boulevard (including the wonderful night against the Kiwis), another Challenge Cup final, Cookiegate, Gleesongate, cap breaches, Hetherington going and Pearson coming in, hell, even the departure of McRae whom you must have been so keen to see the back of, with all those things that have happened, why was a poor performance a fortnight ago so much more worthy of action?

They were OK, but we had 8 out. With you having only 2 missing next week and having beaten them 3 times already this year, I expect you to walk it against them.

its not the defeat, its the manner of the defeat.

you'd expect a close contest, not to be 22-0 down at half-time with an attack that could have played for hours and still not scored and players devoid of even the basics such as being able to pass, catch and make dummy runs.

You'd have thought Saint would have struggled to create anything with the players they played at H/B .

We created most of their tries.

We've already beat Saints with ease three times this season, so they shouldn't give us too many problems.

I'm already looking ahead to who we play next.

I speak to a lot of people in my job and chat about just about everything. Generally the convo always seems to get onto rugby and which team you support and whilst the pro Gentle crew will rubbish what I say I would estimate that 90% of Hull FC fans I speak too say the season has been poor, they have no confidence in Gentle and they feel he should go. Rather funnily nearly all rovers fans think he should stay and be given more time. More telling though is most FC fans have very little confidence in future improvements either

So whilst the cuddle crew on here may think they know everything about rugby league and Hull FC they are vastly out of touch with the vast majority of supporters of the club who have simply had enough.
