We have seen darker days than these , but at the moment everything about the Club is negative.
We are poor on the pitch . The perception of the Club off the pitch is also poor .
As a Club and it's supporters, we seem miles apart .
Every Black and White I speak to is disallusioned at the moment.
There needs to be some changes to bring the two together.

Their attitude was that they didn't care , and would get contracts at other " better " clubs .

There seems to be no togetherness at the this present time .

But if i feel the club is being poorly run then im not gonna bury my head in the sand and pretend it itsnt. Also if a player is saying that he isnt injured but the club are it says one is lieing - its my choice in who i believe. Now weve got stories that four of our best players are bad eggs and are being driven out - yeah great unity going on here sounds like the clubs a total mess to me. Regarding a lack of confidence.. this area is where the Head Coach earns his 'corn'.

It is the responsibility of the Head Coach, to ensure this problem is addressed, if he is unable to fix this underlying issue, he should be removed from post, - simple as.

Your suggestion, that the fans are to blame for confidence issues, is a deflection of the inadequacy of the Head Coach, onto the fans is a poor excuse and ridiculous- IMO

Lets say we have our own views and having played at a decent level confidence plays a huge part and being barracked does not help .
