An awful game to watch, poorly officiated.

It was an entertaining game for sure. I'm happy with the boys because we showed desire and didn't give up. Leeds deserved the win and clearly were not as fatigued as we were. I think many of our errors came from fatigue. Kelly was impressive in defense. Sneyd is a joy to watch and I think we missed Watts big time. We didn't expect to win but that was better than I expected. I have a sneaky feeling we may have won had Ellis not been yellow carded but at least he is not on report

If Ellis gets a ban after that then I hope Pearson offers to pay whatever fine Radders gets for slagging the hell out of the whole refereeing/disciplinary system.
If a couple of coaches spoke out and didn't hold back then I'd like to think a few more would join in.

I'll be surprised if the 10 mins in the bin isnt sufficient for ellis. Think talanoa gone for season, hopefully carlos just a tweak. Still not giving up on turgut , but hes been pretty poor

It was Steve Michaels for a shoulder charge an off the ball.

Think it was Michaels for a hit on Walker. Only seen it once but my impression was that Walker was running atMichaels and started to go down. Michaels instinctively raised his forearm to protect himself. Might change my mind when I see it again though

No disrespect to Thompson but I hope you're right as it causes us less of a problem if he has to miss a game than Michaels. Taking into account Tuli's injury.

Say it was more of a forearm to the face of Walker. Still don't get the hype about Turgut? Rushes in to tackle and more often not gives a penalty away with a poor attempt at grabbing the opposition. Is the hype because he's a local lad?

Had big expectations for Turgut but he has not been able to step up and produce anything but average performances when in the first team
Cost us a try with stupid back to back penalties and errors.

I agree, but I think we'll struggle to make the playoffs unfortunately. Talanoa and Green big players for us, couple of bans and we're screwed. Having said that it was a really valiant effort tonight to back up on such a short turnaround. Really proud of that.

They showed Gaz Ellis tackle at numerous angles over again with the commentators and Cummings ranting over it yet the Burrow indecent once and swept aside.

He was viciously provoked by Connor who deliberately laughed at him though..

Brilliant effort to be in with a chance of winning with 10 minutes less despite wembley, players missing, losing players in the game and some dodgy refereeing calls against us. I'm confident we can beat anyone if we make teh 4 and have a reasonably fit side but just have a nagging feeling that radford should maybe have rested a couple more tonight and it may come back to bit us.

with griffin, talanoa and tuimavave injured and michaels maybe facing a ban, the 3/4 line could be interesting next week.

Special mention for sneyd who is the best half in the country currently and for the team as a whole who kept it to 2 tries apiece in that 2nd half which is a monumental effort
