But it will show you profit and loss. If we're trousering £0.5 million that would normally be spent on player salaries it will show up somewhere.

And just what is a club official supposed to say. "Thats right, those rumours which are going round are right and our star player will be leaving but he hasn't officially gone yet"???

Nothing personal. I don't believe anyone without good reason, no matter how convinced they may be. I still have PMs swearing blind that Crocker had got his visa and was in the country, apparently from an unimpeachable source. Third-hand information is always iffy.

I fully expect that we started the season short of full cap due to the Carvell fiasco. Lauaki will have taken up some of that space, then we had Crocker's salary freed up and Byrne paid off. I wouldn't surprise me at all if we finish the season short of the cap due to the unholy mess our season has been.

I do, when a club of our size is spending that far under cap then they are fleecing us , and we deserve better

what chance have we got of success and what chance has agar got tbh when he is operating from that far out of the cap

We have a board that can't be truthful, a team that doesn't care apart from 1 or 2, and a coach that can't the best out of them
