Not played badly up to now, defended our line pretty well.
We look slow with ball in hand again though. This really needs to improve and quickly.

Very strong defensively, particularly on our line, good go forward, still need a bit more on their line, although Leeds are strong in defence. Too often we drive it in on the 4th tackle instead of having a go. Leeds look dangerous when they spread it and offload. Big half, hope the kicks missed don't cost us.

A lot of Leeds' plan is just give it to Cuthberton, let him attract defenders and then sneak an offload and see what happens. Gotta keep him wrapped up.

Aside from Sneyd passing the ball out for talanoa for a walk in we've done little wrong though a few high tackles are letting Leeda off the hook.

As expected. Shame after a good first half, but that’s why they’re champions.

Penalty try seems a bit harsh. Bowden has clearly gone to kick the ball away. Not an intentional trip and Bowden can't just leave the ball alone and not make a desperate play at it.

Has anyone else noticed how Thaler referees games ? First half one side gets all the decisions massive penalty count for or against, second half other side get everything and more so his stats at the end say just about even , just like Ganson used to do . Every game he reds it happens , and to be honest it ruins the game . Really enjoyed the game tonight , our defence was awesome, attack at times was slow and predictable but a cracking win . They All stood up tonight

Yeah agreed. We just completely lost our way for 20 minutes. Far too many penalties and when we actually managed to get hold of the ball again we dropped it (or threw that one forward pass). Other than that we dominated them. Yeah scrappy at times but if Sneyd was on form with his kicking then the scoreline would have looked a little nicer. Least he got the one that mattered.
