Missing the game unfortunately, how are the new signings getting along?

So, does this show that we are going to compete this year, or are Rovers just relegation fodder?

I know this game counts for nothing but its hard not to get a little excited when we are scoring for fun like this.

Sound very fluent in attack and some punishing defence to go with it too. All looking very promising. Lets hope we can finish them off in 2nd half and really put our foot on their throats. Long time we've had that.

Very hard to judge but I know which team I would rather be supporting after the last 2 friendly games.

All of the new signings looked excellent. Rovers weren't great so its hard to judge but we seem better right across the park with the left edge attack especially impressive.

That was a record derby score wasn't it? If it was, does it count with it been a 'friendly'?

Still prefer Yeamo over Tuimavave I think atleast Yeamo can put his winger away.
All joking aside, I don't think Yeaman will be getting much game time at all. At centre theres about four better than him and back row, jeez. He's about 20th lol

Really suprised at the signings that Rovers made for this season, don't think one of them is a game changer. All seem to be average squad players ie Clarkson, Minns etc. Long season for Rovers imo.

Pritchard though. Class apart for me, so much time on the ball and big engagement with the fans. Debut more than lived up to the hype.

If you didnt go you missed a treat, just a shame we didnt get a better work out but no injuries reported so win win all round today.

Thought Frank & Scotty Taylor were fantastic, credit also to Carlos & Fonua, they also both played really well.

Hard to single out anyone I thought right across the team we did well and what was mostly pleasing for me was seeing the backing up when we made a break, not one but two players most of the time. Massive improvement on last season.

No injuries is a massive bonus, have we had a season were one important/quality player didn't get injured early doors?
Glad the new signings got a run out, really think Carlos will impress fans as I said when we signed him.
I can't make Salford but looking forward to the Cas game, will have to survive on the FC live in the meantime

Was a very good display considering the number of interchanges. Plenty of depth and although you could tell when Pryce went off we didn't collapse as would have happened previously.

And as for Pritchard - the KR defence parted like the red sea when he got a proper run on. What a player.

Linkage and support much better and halves operated better without Westerman for me. Edge defence still a weakness - work to do. Radford wasn't happy about conceding 20. Encouraging start.

Forgot to mention the fans, yes it was a small crowd but i thought we showed that even with a stand closing, we can make a big impact and have a great time. Bring on Salford!

Was away this weekend so had to listen on Roverside, Richardson (I think) suggested a few times Pryce and Snyed got much better ball without it going through Westerman

hard to tell with Gollum but they mentioned a few mistakes by Fonua, other new players sounded impressive. Can't wait for it to get posted on Hullfc live.

Salford beat Wigan today, sets up the first game nicely. Hope the result adds a few more to the gate.

After seeing Pritchard today, it's clear we have a genuine world class player on our hands. The amount of space he managed to create for other players was awesome.

Tuimavave did everything right and has seems a natural footballer.

Sneyd 10/10, a huge step up in kicking quality.

Houghton I thought looked pretty good before he went off.

Smith I think is worth a deal.

Surprised to see Shaul out there after all that talk of bullying, the only bullying that went on was from our pack.

All in all lots of positives, some stuff to work on, and no new injuries.
