There were a lot of negativity before Gleeson signed,

however he is slowly proving us al wrong(Inc me) with his workrate and knowledge, were forgetting he's still not 100% match fit and improving constantly...!

It is really hard to get the right balence of youth and senior players but I really think were heading in the right direction..

I just hope he continues improving and doesn't regress back to the Gleeson of old..!

With both TB and WS learning from him he needs to maintain the way he has become since signing for FC, I'm sure Fitz keeps an eye on them all just 2 make sure..!

and yes i know what you mean however i am confident a vast majority of the so called issues with martin at Wigan were inflated beyond belief also .... he is no angel that is true and i would not personally mess with him but hes not as bad as many make out

It's so easy 2 look at all the bad press and make opinions before actually making an educated observation, his 1st few games were a bit flat, could tell he was blowing however he is slowly coming back 2 his formidable best, hopefully just in time for the Quarter finals

Think that applies to quite a few players in S.L. mate.
As long as he does the biz on the pitch,I am prepared to forgive him.



As for young Will,the kid is still on a learning curve,isn`t he?

Blacklock had the cracking excuse that he rarely stood there! To be fair on Nathan, if he conceded 1, he usually scored 2. If any of the others did that they'd be forgiven. Sharp, like Calders, gives 100%, but will always make gaffes. It's what he does to make up for them that counts!
