I can tell you now that I do, and the prices discused are rediculous. It started when Adam Pearson first looked into it, and the price keeps ramping up, believe me or not, I don't care.

I tell you now that the only way FC will be sold is if one of us is fortunate to win the Euro millions and let our heart rule our heads.

i for one would rather give all expenditure for the rest of the season i wouldve spent following hull fc and give it to hornes testimonial (personally, not via the crook howes)

the big issue is what the franchise is valued at, and that is in pace now for approximately 9 years now.

well if it was moved to somewhere like celtic crusaders then it'd be worth sod all, there are no big cities left that would follow a SL franchise club in the numbers we do. the city of hull is the biggest with 22000-23000 between them watching 2 clubs home matches for each fixture and with hulls excellent average attendance the money is flowing thru the door meaning big big profits as they keep blatantly telling us.

there is only one city of hull, thats why they came here in the 1st place

i'd challenge hetherington and co to take it to london, edinburgh, glasgow wherever and see what the bottom line is at the end of the year. she cant do that, she pi55ed 750 grand away in 6 months last time. no city supports rugby league like this city.

not necessarily, as long the fans pump the money in and turn up week in week out then its seen as a very viable proposition to any prospective buyer.

gotta start sometime, true they have the money already but a boycott would gather interest and momentum and within weeks the door to hetheringtons domain will be smashed down and the revolution would be rippin thru that boardroom like a runaway truck with that lot firmly under the wheels of it

On my experience 8 months ago yes, wether they have the relevant capital to move us forward is a different matter.

I would have to be honest and say there would be very few with real money who would get involved in RL to that degree unless a real fan of the club ... unless that club is mega sucessful which we simply do not appear to be!
as someone mentioned in another post today we are quickly becoming the NU of SL

the fans would support a proactive board just as us, the fans, are currently supporting a non proactive one. the income & turnover would follow

but why would they wish to sell something that now has no relegation, and tons of cash coming in through the doors week after week....

The biggest concern about capital would be the payoffs required to change things, ideally someone would become invoved with the SMC so we have a sa-so at that level, we'd also need to (potentially) cancel a fe contracts.

Nobody wuld get involved in RL to make money short or medium term, you'd need to be in fo the long term IMHO.
